Comfort Families in Times of Need

The London’s Legacy Mission

In 2016, two-month-old London Brielle Huber succumbed to sudden illness despite the best efforts of the talented staff working in The University of Maryland Medical Center’s pediatric ICU.

While in the hospital, London’s mother, Amy, comforted London by wrapping her in a fleece blanket she had received as a gift. Following London’s death, the blanket helped Amy during her grieving process.

Amy sadly joined London in Heaven less than a year later. Before she died, however, she created London’s Legacy to help other families facing dire situations similar to her own.

Today, our nonprofit continues to provide handmade blankets and care packages to families with children in the pediatric ICU at The University of Maryland Medical Center in honor of both London and Amy. Thank you for visiting our site, and for any support you are able to offer.
